Crabbing at cornet bay?
« on: July 15, 2025, 05:46:21 PM »
Gonna be camping there in a few weeks.
Anyone else crabbed at cornet bay?
Is it realistic  to catch a few keepers?

Watch the tide for sure, plenty of spots to throw a pot, especially if you have the ability to travel a bit.

Docks get hammered. Take the Livingston and go around the corner to the right if you can. Lots of room and crab back there. Watch the tides, they will get ripping.

Have at least 2 floats per pot and plenty of weight in the pots on ripper outgoing tides. Learned the hard way!
