Believe it or not, his tags and seasons aren't much different than state seasons. And does that really matter since he's only allowed to shoot the same amount of animals as a Non-tribal member? He has to place a tag on them just as we do. He even has to report it to the tribe. I don't really see the fault in that.
Yes, I have a problem with that too, especially when the soverign nation thing comes up. You are either American or not, but again, I don't think that has anything to do with this thread.
