Went to Oak Creek Feed Station

About 800 elk, lots of bulls. I didn't see any spikes but heard someone had seen 8 on a different day. Even after feeding 20 more big bulls came in.

Thanks man, you just saved me some gas money and there are less crowds this way.
I'm really not sure why they are even feeding this year. I think they could save lots of money by not doing it. Nice clear shots by the way. What kind of camera are you using.

thanks for sharin the picks. Sure are some nice bulls in there these days. It didnt seem like it was that long ago when a guy would only see a handful of them with 3' of snow on the ground.

Thank for sharing! I showed my wife the pics and we are headed over there with 2-3 other families next weekend. The kids are excited.

Just a westside boy curious here. I do not know a darn thing about the dry side. What units do all those elk come from ?

It's a Sony camera. This feeding station is low on white pass Hwy 12 #300's GMU's. There are so many bulls it is difficult taking a pic without getting a rack or part of one. They were giving rides in the heard so the elk were farther away that day.
