Our group drew our second choice tag. Found a great spot, easy draw, decent bucks everywhere, big bucks possible, and can hunt every year, while still building points.   :chuckle:

Jason... that is a good unit. I hunted it last year. Our group went 4 for 4 in 5 days and did'nt get more than 3 miles from my Buddies cabin. Also saw moose, elk, and tons of lopes in the same area. A huge variety of terrain. Gorgeous country! Hope to apply for elk next year. Good luck!!

My stepson and I drew region F (third choice). It will be my first out of state hunting so I am pretty excited to just go someplace new.  It was his last year as a youth so I figured it was better to go now rather than later, his tag was pretty cheap! I've heard there aren't a lot of deer in this region but I am betting it will be better hunting than here.  Time will tell I guess.  :)
