Looks like there is some progress being made by folks. That's encouraging, keep up the good work!

I'm down 1 pound this week going from 171 at the start of last week down to 170 today. I've went from 176 to 170. Slow but sure. It isn't getting any easier but we're moving in the right direction. Have a great week everyone.

Still at 306 (-6).  I'm surprised that I am not up a bunch after this weekend.  It was a lot of dining out with family and Momma's cookin' for Easter.  Hittin' it hard today!

Ooh I'm in a little late but can I join? 5'6'' 135 pounds.

I don't think I'm going to win but I'm starting back as a wildland firefighter here again after 2 seasons of research, so perhaps I have a little to lose.   :dunno:
