The commission is scheduled to bang the gavel on the 2014 rules April 11 and 12th in Olympia, one of the changes proposed for this year is reducing the cost of the multiseason deer tag.  My guess is results for both multiseason deer and elk will be announced next week after the rules are official so there is no confusion on cost of the permit tag.
Pain is temporary, achieving the goal is worth it.

And when they do post I can almost guarantee that I will be selected for deer and not selected for elk.

This feels  eerily like a warm up for when the main draws is run, where I compulsively check for draw results throughout the whole day, becoming completely ineffective at work.
