All 4 were from within.  They were told that things would remain status quo (Interim Chief Anderson in charge).
Willing to share the names of the 4??

Unfortunately things would've changed significantly had Ted gotten the job (or so I think). I guess admin wants an outsider???

And Sgt Jackson is probably the best guy on that list for the job.

Wonder who the new Region 5 Captain will be... For some reason I'd have to think that Wickersham (Vancouver area Sergeant) who is a Cenci follower will be in the mix....
As I predicted, Jeff Wickersham has been named Region 5 Captain. Another Cenci follower has been promoted....

Take a look at Director Unsworth's presentation to the Senate Ways and Means Committee:
www.tvw.org/watch/?clientID=9375922947&eventID=2017011402&eventID=2017011402&autoStartStream=true

You will want to start the video at 01:01:00, then make sure and watch it through 01:11:45

Here is an email Unsworth recently sent to all WDFW employees, where he blames the WDFW budget problems on everyone but himself:

Thanks UC....I had hopes Jim would pan out being from Idaho and how well their Fish and game is run.  But the kool aid in Olympia evidently is very strong and he is just a status quo figurehead

So he honestly believes that the increases in cost to the person buying tags is getting more bang for their buck?

We must reject the idea that every time a law's broken, society is guilty rather than the lawbreaker. It is time to restore the American precept that each individual is accountable for his actions.

Wolfbait was RIGHT! ID was happy to get rid of him and he isn't the leader or sportsman we hoped for.
In archery we have something like the way of the superior man. When the archer misses the center of the target, he turns round and seeks for the cause of his failure in himself.

When you consider the vehicles Cenci has crashed, and the lawsuit payments, it would save a lot more than $100K, but I like your thinking.  Too bad nobody in WDFW admin cares at all about what the sportsmen/taxpayers want.

I'd bet the savings would be seven figures (of course you'd have to have canned Cenci prior to the crashes, civil rights lawsuit, etc.).
