Yessir, Wenatchee is on the list this year.  I haven't set the exact date yet, I should be able to build my route by the middle of the week. 

I think we can take orders on this up to about the 9th.  I'll have a "couple day warning" post up here when we get it figured out.

What is the easiest way to knock the hulls off them.  Wife says that they are great but they are a challenge to get shucked. 😏

Ridgeratt, get your wife one of these sheller/deveiners. They work great. I thought I was pretty good at shelling shrimp until a friend in Alaska, who is from Florida, went shrimping with me. When she found out I didn't have one, she bought me one and they really do help. Sometimes you don't know what you are missing until someone shows you.

As Sitka BT said they work great, we have two. They were freebees at a cooking show in Seattle when it was a safe place to go. The P.I. cooking editor was handing them out and a little demo.

Chris, hope it is ok that I directed my hunting partner to your site even though he's not a HW member.  He did order a case of halibut to be delivered to Spokane Valley.  Are you going to have any individual salmon fillets available like last year?

We are tracking down my salmon filets and portions.  They got entered into the wrong inventory, but nobody seems to know who's inventory it is. I know they are in Washington, at one of two cold storage facilities.    I hope to have a definitive answer soon.

If you come through Davenport on highway 2 and don't mind a quick stop to stretch your legs, I could meet right there as im in town.  Put a little note in the order as well saying the same.
