That's funny...that was about the last year I drew too! I don't remember much about it except I didn't get to use that tag as much as I wanted and it didn't get filled.

I'm not optimistic that I'll draw it this time around.

Would rather spend the money going out of state than spend the money for a multi.
..
If it was an actual permit, and not an additional fee...
.
Good luck!
.
But I can only afford so many days, and with the *censored* show Archery season has become....
.
Then limited open ml units, and modern seasons...
.
Cheaper to make one trip to a different state and only hunt a week.

I bought one otc about 7 years ago, killed a bull on opening day of archery season. Haven't drawn since nor have I killed another Wa elk since.

It's a good tag when you can consistently put in some time and you can check out some new areas when you're not limited to East or West.

cheaper? what outta state tag is $190? I totally get the crappy hunting in WA as I hunt almost everything outta state these days. pretty much every elk tag these days are near $1,000. I can hunt right out my door with very little fuel cost and pretty much any day of all the seasons offered. Versus driving a long ways and lots in fuel.

I have to agree, if you take advantage of the deer multi tag, you can hunt forever!!  The elk is a bonus for sure, being able to put in for the east tags and hunting west when not drawn is worth the cost to me. I also agree this state is in a downward spiral.
“In common with”..... not so much!!

What date did multi get drawn last year?

I think generally around the 10th of April over the years.  Usually Thursday, think last year on a Wednesday.  I would think this week if nothing *censored* up with the system.

I looked at my account today and it says not submitted under deer multi season and elk multi season, I didn't know you had to submit anything. Is this just unclear communication or did I screw up?

under app status it says not submitted?
sounds like you screwed up..mine says active.  and to the left of that there should be a date submitted, if you dont have that, you likely didnt submit.
