Ghost Hunter, that is exactly how the anti hunters hope you respond.
Doesn't the sale of hunting/fishing licenses and tax on guns and ammo pretty much pay for "wildlife management"? Wildlife doesn't just exist for hunters and fishermen.......also there for people who wish to view and photograph....buuuuuut, the hunters and fishermen pretty much are the ones paying for it. Maybe a one year boycott on buying products that contribute to wildlife programs......licenses, guns, ammo.......would get their attention. With respect to balancing nature via the presence of predators........you don't need to introduce or reintroduce them, they are already there upon the landscape.......they are called hunters......and they actually help pay for the programs that benefit wildlife. I dunno.....another unsolvable problem.
How much time in your year do you devote to political action?

I dunno.....another unsolvable problem. I regularly go out and photograph during hunting seasons and during the rut when things are closed down. I’ve NOT ONCE run into anyone else doing the same…and I know guys like Doug (boneaddict) and Shawn (popeshawnpaul) do as well. So how is it that these activists claim to be using “photoraghy” as a part of their “argument”?

I spread the word every chance I get.If you mean go to Olympia never. At 72 I am not driving 4-5 hours to stand around with a sign. Which does no good. You get something like a 1000 Person March I will be there.
Contacting/corresponding with democratic legislators is a huge waste of time. Not voting for them and encouraging others to not vote for them is the only way to MAYBE get results.
Koontz, like all of you, is just a private citizen who is involved. Imagine if all of us, became as involved.
