I'll have to do some digging later tonight to see what cases are currently under review at the Federal level out of Washington State (since it sounds like that is how this will shake out for the States, unless I interpreted it wrong). A good thing no matter what, was more just thinking out loud.

An even better step would be an order halting anything being passed at the State level regarding 2A until it could at least pass a sniff test by SCOTUS (as opposed to Olympia just ramming things through and thinking it will be several years .... if at all ... before it's merit gets tested by SCOTUS). I know that's a slippery slope and would open up Pandora's box for other things, but sooner or later the powers that be in Olympia are going to have to .... one way or another ... answer to the citizens of this State regarding 2A.

Exactly

Why should we have to wait years for the courts to throw out unconstitutional laws. Put a process in place to review constitutional  infringements before they can be implemented.
And every law abiding citizen nation wide should have the same rights.

Turdeson needs a one wsy trip to the train station.
Turdeson needs a one wsy trip to the train station.

Not sure that a post suggesting the govonor  needs to be killed (as anyone familiar with "yellowstone" knows what a trip to the train station means) is really a wise thing  to allow on a hunting forum. Some authorities might not see any humor in it.

I took it as a tongue in cheek comment, I doubt it lacked any seriousness, and I have actually used that phrase jokingly a few times myself. I certainly can't see that its any worse than actions suggested by elected officials and media telling people to take out Trump!

Don't think these days lots of people (and LE) are taking these types of comments as tongue-in-cheek.  Tense times right now, kinda like being on a plane and kidding about having a bomb. Son in law enforcement tells me everyone is on a very high alert and  very concerned about political violence possibilities. Poor timing for jokes.
Tense times? Joke right? Might be the most gleeful we've had in a long time.

Inslee could drop a fergy with no effort and without needing to wipe.

That's how big of a donkey hole he is.

Finally, common sense gun control which is actually common sense.

Having the "judiciary" guarding our rights is like having a pack of coyotes guarding your chicken coup.

The Second Amendment was to guard the citizens from the government but the fatal flaw is the government controls  the meaning of the Second Amendment.

I don’t see anything that will apply to what individual states are doing. Did I miss it?
