AUGUST 1ST!

Gonna be out between St. Helens and Adams.  Up high, watching the berry areas, and alpine meadows.
Maybe do some calling.

looks like im waiting til the second weekend in august now. going to do some salmon fishing with my grandpa on the 1st and 2nd. man, life is tough...

I'm thinking I'll probably get out one day the first weekend, will either be in the Teanaway unit, or if I stay home that weekend, I've got a spot in the Lincoln unit that I may try to call one in.

I always meet up with a group of old hunting buddies for the first weekend. We used to call it "Bear Camp" but now we just call it "Beer Camp". We'll get up high around the crest and maybe we'll pull the rifles out of the cases.... but maybe we wont bother. For me the first weekend is for lying and telling the same old stories over again.... the second weekend, the bears should hide.

i just want to get up in the will spend 4 or 5 day's on coast lleaving thursday. then the second week going up into blewitt pas Collokum for some calling testing call's. just want to get out calling. dont have to kill early might take picture's will see. might do a bear camp at blewitt for our hunter's. season doesn't open until September over there in blewitt, you just looking to see what will come in to the calls
