So, pretty much like any other salmon.It's like saying a sirloin steak is nowhere near wagyu prime rib so don't even bother.
Unless you fill your freezer with wagyu prime rib. The the lesser steaks don’t find their way out of the freezer…

But I’d eat fresh, same day pink over any frozen coho (and most frozen kings) any day.
