I often take my 3 little kids fishing with me.  2 5 year olds and a 2 year old.  They always wear life jackets, but I don't know if I could round them all up and get them out of the boat in time if I was in that situation.  The thought of having my kids run over because some idiot isn't watching where they are driving is completely terrifying.

My first reaction would have been to jump on my throttle and hope I had a good hole shot....

I've never had that close of a call, but some of these a-holes with boats either don't pay a lot of attention to people fishing or just don't give a damn as they have blown by me full speed at less than 30 yards while I am drifting.

That's some incredible footage, a miracle no one was killed or severely injured.

I'm surprised no one is calling for a ban on high powered motors, or a limit on the amount of gas you can carry.
