Some of those hold important positions, like Chair of Ways and Means. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't get it once again.
While I certainly don't disagree with you I should clarify the proposed license fee increase is not coming from WDFW but rather from Inslee. In previous years it was WDFW who pushed for the increase. This year WDFW did not ask for a license fee increase but Inslee did.

Can you buy my ‘21 stuff for me while you’re at Rick? Washington license & permit apps just make me cringe to do it at all anymore.
I just logged in and bought my hunting and fishing license for 2021 so I could get my spring bear application. Went ahead and got all of my special permit applications. $350. Still have to buy the wife and kids' licenses. Daughters are 16 and 18 so no discount for them this year. I am going to be into this $1,400 this year.
